1.1 The following terms refer to the business relationship established between CyberLimbo and its customers.
2.1 Any citizen who is 16 years of age or older and respects the terms and conditions of use of the service may become a CyberLimbo customer.
2.2 Depending on the service period, a copy of the identity card or other identification document may be required for the customer to identity verify.
2.3 CyberLimbo will activate customer services within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Otherwise, it will be performed a refund of the respective value.
2.4 In case of terms and conditions violation, CyberLimbo reserves the right to interrupt the customer services and it will not refund the client.
3.1 When activating a service, the customer will receive an email with the service information.
3.2 If 2 days after the payment expiration date of the service, the customer does not renew the same, it will lose the right to continue using the service.
3.3 CyberLimbo is committed to provide powerful physical servers and resources required for the smooth running of clients daily life.
3.4 Customer will have access to the service through whmcs client area. Service will be available after payment confirmation.
3.5 If the customer modify his service in a way that compromises the performance of other services on the same physical server, our team reserves the right to suspend the service and notify the client.
4.1 CyberLimbo stores customers personal information for communication and information only. Our company will never compromise the information of its clients.
4.2 Personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of identifying the customer, password recovery and informing future news or promotions.
4.3 By canceling the client account, customer may request the defenitive exclusion of his information from our database.
5.1 Credit Card, Multibank, Skrill, Paypal and Bitcoin.
